Designation: Software Engineer II – Python / API
Location: Hyderabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software using Python and associated technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build and maintain data pipelines using tools like pandas and other data processing libraries.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to software development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for software projects.
Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Create detailed designs and POCs to enable new workloads and technical capabilities on the Platform. KEY Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry involving in analytical programming software development and design skills to build multi-tier, web/API based applications using Python & backend technologies
Minimum 2+ years of experience in development XML/JSON, REST APIs using python and related framework
Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and algorithms.
Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS/GCP. Experience with Pytest and other testing frameworks.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Expertise in Object Oriented concepts like creating classes, inheritance, encapsulation, overriding & overloading Additional Information
