Own sales support and deliver outcomes that enables the sales team to reach their growth targets by driving and enforcing compliancy of sales process and sales tools, compiling reports and providing guidance to Sales Leadership to foster discussion and change. Collaborate across the BU to capture and improve sales operations/KPIs and critical metrics. The successful candidate will support Dun & Bradstreet’s Digital Audiences sellers and sales VP with pipeline management, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SMEs across various D&B business units (i.e., Technology, Product, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to drive efficiencies and help streamline projects and initiatives.
  • Integrate with D&B Corporate Sales Ops team to ensure we are aligned and informed on all Sales Operations and SFDC policies and technology integrations.
  • Establish training around Sales Process & Tools – Reinforce adoption of reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and enablement tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe Sign).
  • Manage and administer access to tools to support the sales team.
  • Create and review materials for Sales as well as communicate and work with stakeholders to develop self-serve tools to enable sellers.
  • Create and deliver Sales reporting to drive accurate forecasting and growth: Aging report, Staging report, Pipeline, Forecasting, Activity Metrics report, Sales KPI reporting. Collaborate with Finance partner to develop Pipeline reporting.
  • Keen attention to detail, willingness to tackle challenges with positivity and bring forth solutions.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build credibility across stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related work experience in sales operations.
  • Salesforce Administration experience; certifications preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, manage & prioritize multiple projects as needed.
  • Results oriented, self-starter who can effectively communicate across multiple role levels, drive priorities, delegate, and own outcomes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in dynamic, results driven and fast paced culture.
