  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements, providing clear direction and context for business needs
  • Continuously improve usage calculations for customers, internal processes, and technical systems
  • Participate in meetings with the Go-To-Market team to ensure new products are designed with appropriate usage tracking and reporting capabilities
  • Liaise with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align usage insights with strategic goals
  • Analyse large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support for specific projects and initiatives
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • About you:

  • High proficiency in Excel (including macros and VBA), PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SFDC, Business Objects, MS Power BI, and other analytics tools is a plus
  • Enthusiastic for new tools, dashboards, and data visualisation techniques and is always looking for smarter ways to work and share insights
  • A results-focused, self-motivated, dynamic character who thrives in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings
  • Passionate about data and technology, with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights and solving problems through analytical thinking
  • Enjoy working in Excel, exploring advanced functions, building macros, and automating workflows using VBA to streamline reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to co-ordinate multiple inputs to provide clear, concise and insightful management information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills, together with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Comfortable managing workloads to strict reporting deadlines, while remaining agile and responsive to changing business needs
  • Keen to learn and understand complex systems, processes, and the mechanics of a business, with a genuine interest in how data drives decision-making
  • Able to work from our London Paddington office 3 days a week
  • Additional Information

Whilst some roles do have certain requirements which are essential, we try to focus on hiring based on potential rather than CV as much as possible. If you are unsure you fully meet the requirements, we would still love to hear from you!

We anticipate this role will be interviewing in October/November, with a start date at the beginning of December. This is a 6 month, full time, fixed term contract on a hybrid working basis with at least 3 days a week at our London Paddington office.
