📋 Description

  • Nurture inbound leads from marketing responses, chat, webforms and phone inquiries
  • Contact leads, identify pain points, goals, budget, and schedule demos with Account Executives
  • Convey Dun & Bradstreet's value through phone conversations and bulleted emails
  • Qualify leads using Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT)
  • Maintain understanding of product features, functionality and benefits
  • Use CRM to capture sales activity and maintain records

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's Degree: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales
  • Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
  • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations at all levels of management
