    What does this mean?

  • Development of systems using cutting-edge technologies, including:
  • Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI coding tools etc.
  • Big Data platforms
  • Google Cloud Services such as Big Table, BigQuery, Airflow, Dataproc to name but a few
  • Participation in and contribution to all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Working in cross-functional agile teams, you will be developing features in Java, Python or Scala
  • You will produce compact simple code that is extensible, testable and meets performance requirements
  • You will explore new opportunities through proof-of-concepts and early experience prototypes in big data frameworks and including AI-driven solutions
  • Your test-driven development ethos will expose you to continual interactions with the QA team to analyse, resolve, and verify any defects

    • How will this work?

  • You will join an agile development team and work alongside experienced engineers to help develop and build world-class solutions
  • You will receive In-role training on using; Big Data Frameworks such as Spark and Hadoop, AI tools, Cloud services, etc.
  • We won’t just let you sink or swim! You will be allocated a buddy and go through an orientation programme. This will familiarise you with D&B culture, who’s who and how to get stuff done in D&B
  • You will be given opportunities to contribute your ideas at every step of your journey

    • About you?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Qualities we are interested in;
  • Demonstrable Java and/or Python coding experience
  • Understanding of technologies such as database queries, AI tools and cloud technologies
  • Exposure to test driven development techniques using frameworks
  • A passion and ability to write well documented, maintainable, and testable code
  • A genuine hunger to build a career in technology and software development with a good knowledge of software development trends, best practices, and new technologies with the drive to stay informed on upcoming trends

    Graduate Program Recruitment Timeline

    By end of November 2025: All candidates will receive an update on their application status.

    By end of December 2025: Candidates progressing to the next stage will receive a meeting invite.

    By end of January 2026: Assessment Centre will take place.

    Summer 2026: Graduate Program begins (exact start date to be confirmed).
