Function: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess risk ratings by evaluating entities using financial metrics, industry standards, and fundamental analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive compliance risk assessments across diverse sectors
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of NCLT proceedings, DRT cases, and CIBIL defaults to evaluate company compliance
  • Perform sectoral analyses and benchmark industry performance to derive actionable insights
  • Develop and implement financial forecasting models and tools
  • Contribute to new product development, including conceptualization and documentation
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to design and enhance systems and products
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability through regular updates to databases and MIS
  • Adhere to project timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet deliverable deadlines

    • Key Requirements:

  • MBA in Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, risk evaluation, and industry benchmarking
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and professional presentations
