Designation: Executive - Client Servicing

Business: CBIG

Function: Sales Support

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the revenue plan for your region and support the team in achieving revenue targets by servicing customers, collecting documents on time, and following up with clients independently (without sales involvement).
  • Ensure timely servicing of customers and accurate document collection, while maintaining the online MIS with minimal errors to enable smooth information flow between the operations and client servicing teams.
  • Strive to provide CBIG customers with a positive experience while working with D&B. This includes obtaining client confirmation on report acceptance, coordinating hard copy dispatches, and collecting testimonials where applicable.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and the operations team to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the online MIS to support inventory management and revenue forecasting.
  • Lead review calls with the Head of Department and the operations team, providing updates on inventory cases and highlighting any potential risks.
  • Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably experienced in financial analysis or with a background in rating agencies.
  • Comfortable coordinating with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CXOs, and Managing Directors.
  • Strong communication skills with prompt responsiveness to emails, meeting invites, and other professional interactions.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in completing tasks within defined timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured reports and presentations.
