Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible to undertakeTechno-Economic Viability (TEV)assessments for Greenfield and Brownfield projectsManageDebt Restructuringmandates and prepareDetailed Project Reports (DPR)Responsible forLenders Independent Engineers (LIE)andAgency for Specialized Monitoring (ASM)mandates, including project monitoringAnalyze and interpret the requirements of bankers and companies from the perspective of TEV, DPR, LIE, and ASM studiesEngage in client interactions, conduct site visits, review documents, perform technical and industry analysis, and prepare financial modelsCollect all necessary information from companies to support the studyCoordinate with technical consultants to gather relevant data for comprehensive analysisPerform extensive secondary research in local markets to validate cost assumptionsDraft and write detailed reports based on collected data and analysisPresent assessment outcomes to clients and bankers during Lenders’ Consortium MeetingsRegularly report activities and ensure adherence to the company’s compliance frameworkFollow established processes to ensure error-free and timely project delivery and maintain client data and contact details in secure data warehouses, adhering to data security normsFile periodic progress reviews and forecasting reports as required by management and collaborate effectively with team members across departmentsDrive business development within the state and region, working closely with the sales teams of all SBUs, especially the Banks PAS team, through regular visits to key lenders and corporatesConduct knowledge-sharing sessions on key sectors and create benchmarking documents to support regional mandatesManage, coach, guide, and motivate subordinate resources in executing project appraisals Key Requirements: MBA Finance/CA/CFA (including under-graduate degree) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experiencePrior experience of building financial models, project management/appraisal and executing debt restructuring mandates is a mustAnalytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities with adequate technical acumenSound market knowledge & update on current affairsReady to travel with the state, across India and even abroad in case need arisesLinguistic proficiency in English & HindiStrong interpersonal, presentation and time management skillsExcellent influencing and negotiation skills Additional Information All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html and https://jobs.lever.co/dnb.
