THE OPPORTUNITY: We’re looking for a passionate Sourcing Specialist who lives for talent hunting and is ready to help elevate our team of Agents at Dulcedo. In a high-growth context, your role will be to fuel our talent pipelines year-round with qualified, compelling, and value-aligned candidates. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the team. Your focus? Sourcing, connecting, engaging, and keeping our databases ready for upcoming opportunities. You’ll play a key role in our success by building a real community of talent and maintaining ongoing conversations with some of the hottest profiles in the industry.
