Executive Assistant at Dulcedo

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to work with our CEO, Karim Leduc. You will be an extension, a trusted right hand, and the go-to person for organization and process optimization. This role suits someone seeking a challenging management/administration role in a fast-paced, volatile corporate environment, comfortable with technology, and motivated to move things forward. Scope of work

  • Calendar and inbox management – Prioritize, plan, and coordinate complex schedules and manage a high volume of emails.
  • Executive decision-making support – Act as a trusted partner, provide informed advice, and make executive-level decisions when delegated.
  • Representation in meetings – Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and ensure follow-up on actions.
  • Project research and preparation – Conduct research and prepare high-level summaries to support strategic initiatives.
  • Travel coordination – Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and occasionally other executives.
  • Administrative excellence – Manage administrative tasks from expense reports to document management.
  • Technology and automation – Use AI tools, scheduling software, and automation solutions to optimize processes.
  • Bilingual communication – Prepare documents in French and English for clients across North America.
  • Presentation support – Assist in preparing presentations and talking points as needed.
  • Travel (occasional) – Some travel may be required for meetings, events or conferences.

Your profile

  • Experience: 6 to 10 years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at the senior executive level; corporate experience strongly preferred.
  • Languages: Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Technology: Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace), AI-enabled scheduling and automation tools, and project management software.
  • What kind of person you are: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; flexible and adaptable to change; impeccable work ethic; thrives in dynamic, startup-like environments; strong communication and a desire for new challenges.
