Provide one-on-one support in home/community settings for individuals with I/DD.
Part-time/per diem roles in PA locations: Houston, Canonsburg, McDonald, Washington, Roscoe.
Provide personal care (dressing, grooming) and assist with daily tasks.
Accompany clients to errands and appointments and support hobbies.
Help with meals and participate in community integration activities.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience with I/DD; apprentice program available.
High school diploma or equivalent.
