📋 Description
- Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a DSP
- Provide companionship, mentoring, and advocacy for individuals with IDD
- Part-time opportunities with flexible shifts in Montgomery/Bucks PA
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, weekends
- Provide personal care (dressing, grooming) and help with meals
- Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community activities
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year experience with IDD (autism, Down syndrome)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Ability to transport clients to community outings
