🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Safety, Public Health, or related field.
- 3+ years administering DOT/FAA drug/alcohol testing in aviation or safety-critical fields.
- Experience with NIDA 5-panel testing and non-NIDA functions (alcohol, verification, CA panels).
- Proficiency with DOT Clearinghouse; coordinate with MROs/SAPs/TPAs.
- Proficiency with drug testing software (FirstAdvantage, HireRight, ComplyPlus) and Clearinghouse.
- Advanced Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP); data viz with Tableau/Power BI.
