Overview
The Senior Workday Analyst at Dropbox leads the ongoing configuration, optimization, and support of Dropbox's Workday HRIS. You will partner with HR, payroll, and IT to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Security Roles) to support business needs
- Build and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
- Collaborate with HR partners to gather requirements and implement system changes
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accurate data loads - perform audits and reconciliations
- Manage Workday integrations with external systems (payroll providers, benefits platforms, time systems)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Create training materials and provide user support for HR and business teams
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday administration or equivalent HRIS experience
- Strong experience with Workday HCM, payroll, time tracking, security, and reporting
- Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (education required)
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
