Overview

Dropbox is seeking a Senior Manager, Analyst Relations to lead and scale our relationships with industry analysts, shape product messaging, and drive market insight that informs strategy across product, marketing, and partnerships. This is a remote role focusing on the US market and collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive analyst relations program to increase Dropbox's visibility and understanding among major analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and within the analyst ecosystem.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct executive briefings; tailor messaging to analyst audiences; translate product roadmaps into analyst-ready narratives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Public Relations, and Corporate Strategy to align on messaging, product launches, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry feedback; provide actionable insights to product and leadership teams.
  • Manage analyst coverage mapping, tracking sentiment, and measuring impact on demand generation and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with analysts across geographies; manage program budget, events, and briefings.
  • Deliver quarterly reporting on coverage, sentiment, and influence; communicate ROI of the Analyst Relations program.
  • Represent Dropbox in external events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment; willingness to travel as needed.
