📋 Description

  • 7+ years HR experience, including HRBP roles supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven experience advising leaders in complex orgs with sound judgement.
  • Lead and execute core HRBP areas with strong execution and follow-through.
  • Experience in performance, compensation, talent planning, and engagement.
  • Navigate ambiguity, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong relationships, communication, and influencing skills across levels.
