🎯 Requirements

9+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar
Experience building web apps with frontend frameworks (React) and backend services
CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design
Ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver iterative solutions
Strong communication and collaboration with engineers and cross-functional partners
