Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue FP&A at Dropbox

Dropbox is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst focused on Revenue FP&A to partner with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to drive reliable forecasts, revenue analytics, and strategic planning that support company growth. This remote role supports US-based locations.

What you'll do

Own and maintain revenue forecasting models and dashboards for the Revenue organization.
Analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to interpret bookings, churn, ARR, and revenue recognition metrics.
Support month-end close and annual planning processes with accurate variance analysis.
Partner with data engineers and business partners to improve data quality and reporting automation.

What you should have

5+ years of FP&A or revenue analytics experience, preferably in SaaS/tech.
Strong Excel skills (advanced modeling) and SQL; experience with Power BI or Looker/Tableau.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce or CRM data integration.
