Dropbox is seeking a Senior Executive Sourcer to partner with our Recruiting team to identify, engage, and attract top-tier executive talent across functions. This remote role (Remote - Canada) is responsible for building strategic pipelines, proactive outreach, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute proactive search strategies to identify executives for senior leadership roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and market intelligence.
- Screen and assess candidates, advising on fit, market trends, and compensation expectations.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to define role requirements and timelines.
- Maintain robust talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding and market mapping.
Who you are
- 5+ years of executive search or senior-level sourcing experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals) and ATS usage.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for C-suite, VP, and Director roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
