About the role
Dropbox is seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to join the Marketing team. This remote role supports Dropbox’s paid search programs from the US. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, drive demand, and improve cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis; create compelling ad copy
- Manage bids, budgets, and bidding strategies to achieve target CPA/ROAS
- Develop and test landing pages, ad variations, and creative
- Analyze data, generate performance reports, and present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Product teams; implement tracking via GA4/Tag Manager
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Dropbox privacy and advertising policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEM/PPC
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into action
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
