Overview
Dropbox is seeking a Sales Manager, Account Management to lead strategic clientrelationships, drive revenue growth, and partner with cross functional teams to deliver customer value. This remote role supports select locations in Canada.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of strategic customers in North America.
- Drive revenue through renewals and expansion opportunities upsell cross sell.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Solutions Engineers Marketing and Product to ensure customer value realization.
- Negotiate terms renewals and expansions; manage the end to end deal lifecycle.
- Track account metrics forecast revenue and provide regular updates to leadership.
What you should have
- 5 plus years of enterprise SaaS sales or account management experience.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data driven approach.
- Bachelor degree; comfortable working remotely in a Canada based environment.
