Dropbox is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Reclaim.ai to support the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing programs that drive product awareness and user adoption. This remote role collaborates with Product, Sales, Design, and Campaigns teams to keep the marketing calendar on track, manage assets, and help execute campaigns that grow Reclaim.ai’s reach.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar and marketing asset library for Reclaim.ai.
- Assist with creation, editing, and localization of marketing assets and copy.
- Support events and webinars, including logistics and follow-up analytics.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and help optimize programs based on insights.
- Maintain CRM lists, segmentation, and list hygiene for campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Partnerships to ensure cohesive go-to-market efforts.
- Support regional marketing activities and align with Dropbox marketing standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing coordination or a related role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics) and basic asset creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (education_required).
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Nice to have: exposure to Reclaim.ai or similar productivity/productivity software.
