Dropbox is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our Global Legal Team. This role will own and optimize the contract lifecycle, policy governance, and vendor management processes to enable efficient, scalable legal operations. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Compliance to implement scalable systems, data-driven processes, and effective risk controls across Remote - US locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, review, approval workflows, and renewals.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and templates; collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes.
• Establish and optimize vendor governance programs, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data quality in the legal function.
• Coordinate with external counsel and law firms as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence across US remote locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field.
• Strong project management, process improvement, and analytical skills.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or equivalent is a plus.
