Build and operate foundational data observability systems for analytics.
Ensure reliability, visibility, and governance of analytics data.
Support analytics/ML pipelines at scale; focus on data quality.
Partner with engineers, data scientists, product teams on data production and monitoring.
Build scalable, reliable systems powering data-driven innovation.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale data pipelines with focus on quality, governance, and reliability.
Proficiency in ETL/ELT workflows, APIs, and cloud data system integrations.
End-to-end data platform features from ingestion to serving, and MVP delivery.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required.

Poland Pay Range: 212500 zł – 287500 zł PLN
