📋 Description

• Counsel on user privacy and data protection issues in a dynamic environment.
• Investigate and assess security and privacy incidents with teams.
• Support Dropbox’s incident response program and privacy initiatives.
• Advise on cross-functional projects related to data protection.
• Review products and features for launch readiness.
• Provide guidance on privacy, security, and AI/ML usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years counseling or litigating product, security or data privacy.
• Broad knowledge of data privacy law, information security, and AI/ML.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong business judgment and practical, solutions-focused.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support incident response outside business hours.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to at least one state bar.
