📋 Description

  • Operational Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across calendars and global time zones with speed and accuracy.
  • Systems Management: Own the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring 100% data integrity, postings, and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Onsite success: Host candidates in the New York office; manage room logistics and technology setups for a professional onsite experience.
  • Interviewer Enablement: Prepare teams for interviews by distributing briefing materials, ensuring rubrics, and managing post-interview feedback.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Track weekly recruiting goals, analyze pipeline metrics, and provide visibility into hiring velocity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations within fast-paced fintech/tech/financial services.
  • Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse or Lever) and proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, competing priorities with accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to convey DriveWealth’s mission and products to candidates at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solver who resolves conflicts before they impact the candidate experience.
  • Interest in automating manual tasks and building scalable workflows.
