DriveWealth is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance for the Lithuanian market. This role involves implementing and monitoring KYC/AML processes, staying current with EU and local financial regulations, and helping to maintain internal policies and controls.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to Lithuania and EU markets.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Execute KYC/AML processes and ensure high-quality customer due diligence.
- Support internal and external audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
- Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and operations teams to mitigate compliance risks.
- Track regulatory changes and advise on necessary operational adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver training or communications on compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory or financial compliance.
- Solid knowledge of EU financial regulations and Lithuanian market requirements.
- Experience with KYC/AML procedures and data privacy principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work across cross-functional teams.
