Driver - Per Diem

📋 Description

• Transport PACE participants per schedule with high customer satisfaction.
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
• Conduct pre-inspections on assigned vehicles, including lift vans and ADA minibuses.
• Assist participants getting in and out of vehicles and transferring from wheelchairs.
• Remain alert to input from team, participants, and caregivers; update supervisor of changes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience may substitute.
• Current valid state driver’s license and copy of recent vehicle insurance.
• Must have driver’s license for at least five years with no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident in the last three years.
• Availability to work a variable schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transportation preferred.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification upon hire preferred.
