Grow brand awareness by increasing branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
Manage driver lead conversions; move non-sticker drivers to branded status.
Identify driver pain points and provide solutions (hub locations, new leads).
Own offline inventory: stickers/Lalabags, procurement, weekly stock counts.
Follow up with driver cohorts to highlight sticker benefits.

🎯 Requirements

Persuasive communication; handle objections to sticker/Lalabag benefits.
Data literacy; analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
1-3 years experience in Operations (ride-hailing/logistics).
Familiar with Google Spreadsheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya (Full WFO).
