Rotating weekend/public holiday verification duties (remote approx. 1 hr per shift).
Conduct outbound calls to onboard driver partners and follow-ups.
Collaborate with full-time/part-time teammates to onboard driver accounts.
Build and maintain positive relationships with driver partners.
Attend driver enquiries via ZOHO, WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins.
Backup support for walk-in driver partners at onboarding centre when required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for outbound calls.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
Energetic, resilient, and detail-oriented with a learning attitude.
Good problem-solving skills; handle operational issues independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new tools.
Minimum Diploma in Business or related field; fresh grads welcome.
Prior experience in customer service/operations is a plus.
