📋 Description

• Obtain documentation and approvals to extend matured loans promptly.
• Prepare and process modification and extension documents for construction loans; calculate extension fees.
• Order and review updated appraisals, 442s, and title policies.
• Assist in preparing files for possible sale on the secondary market.
• Monitor construction draw portfolio to facilitate final draws and modifications per policy and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma: required
• 0 to 2 years of mortgage servicing or banking experience required
• Knowledge of all forms and documents for processing all real estate loan types.
• Ability to understand and apply changes to regulations and requirements to daily work.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of investor, federal and state laws and regulations relating to mortgage servicing.
