- Review initial docs for new construction (plans, permits, budgets, schedules)
- Evaluate phased draw disbursements against schedules and milestones
- Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable laws
- Coordinate communications with borrowers, contractors, account managers, inspectors, brokers
- Process the draw disbursements in a timely, policy-aligned manner
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve loan violations, delinquencies, and wires
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in construction funds control, draw management, or loan servicing; ground up focus preferred
- Experience in construction, funds control, real estate/mortgage, or loan servicing
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Deep knowledge of phased construction life cycle and docs (AIA G702/703)
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Salesforce or Oracle experience; Draw Management software a plus
