Drata is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pricing & Packaging to lead pricing strategy for our security and compliance automation platform. This remote role collaborates with Product, Sales, and Finance to maximize revenue while delivering clear value to customers across segments.

Overview

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Pricing & Packaging, you will define pricing structures, packaging models, and go-to-market strategies for Drata’s SaaS offerings. You will partner with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to influence pricing decisions, monitor performance, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Define pricing models and packaging for Drata's SaaS products, including subscription tiers, add-ons, and discounts.
Develop pricing analytics, conduct competitive analyses, and run pricing experiments to optimize revenue and margins.
Create clear value propositions and messaging for different customer segments (mid-market and enterprise) and lead GTM planning for pricing changes.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive successful launches and pricing communications.
Build tools and collateral to support Sales and Customer Success; monitor pricing performance metrics and lifecycle economics.

Qualifications

5+ years of product marketing, pricing, or related roles in SaaS.
Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing experiments and market research.
Ability to build business cases, forecast impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with pricing models (subscription, usage-based, multi-year contracts).
