Drata is hiring a Communications Manager (Remote) to lead external and internal communications for a fast-growing security and compliance automation company. This role partners with Marketing, Product, Legal, and executive leadership to shape Drata’s voice and protect its reputation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead media relations, write press releases, and coordinate speaking engagements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Legal to create consistent messaging across channels.
Manage executive communications, internal communications, and company-wide storytelling.
Monitor media coverage, track impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain and evolve Drata’s brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Experience in SaaS/tech environments and working with remote teams.
Strong collaboration, project management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
