Overview
Drata is hiring a Communications Manager (Remote) to lead external and internal communications for a fast-growing security and compliance automation company. This role partners with Marketing, Product, Legal, and executive leadership to shape Drata’s voice and protect its reputation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead media relations, write press releases, and coordinate speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Legal to create consistent messaging across channels.
- Manage executive communications, internal communications, and company-wide storytelling.
- Monitor media coverage, track impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and evolve Drata’s brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience in SaaS/tech environments and working with remote teams.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
