Foster a strong technical community by building relationships among Engineering Leaders
Collaborate with tech leads and product managers on product teams
Provide technical input during software design, development, testing, and release

🎯 Requirements

7+ years leading and building technical teams
5+ years developing and/or leading software applications with microservice architectures
Hands-on backend design, distributed systems; Rust preferred
Leadership in agile cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Apache Flink, RabbitMQ, or Hashicorp Vault
Comfortable stepping in for development, triage, or troubleshooting
