Overview
Dragos is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management for the Americas to lead the Technical Account Management (TAM) team and drive successful customer outcomes across North America. This senior leadership role partners with customers, sales, solutions engineering, product, and engineering to ensure adoption, value realization, and ongoing growth of Dragos’ cybersecurity platform for industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the TAM organization across the Americas, setting strategy, goals, and metrics.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and serve as a trusted advisor on security operations and Dragos solutions.
- Drive customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion; ensure customer value and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to tailor deployments to customer environments; translate feedback into product improvements.
- Coordinate with Dragos security experts on incident response planning and proactive threat support as needed.
- Develop processes for knowledge transfer, demonstrations, and ongoing enablement for customer teams.
- Manage staffing, coaching, performance reviews, and professional development for the TAM team.
- Represent Dragos in regional events, webinars, and executive briefings.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in customer success, technical account management, or security-focused roles; prior leadership experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, OT/ICS environments, and security operations.
- Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts with renewal and expansion success.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives.
