Overview

Doximity is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to own external financial reporting, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA or Remote (U.S.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K).
  • Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and support SOX compliance.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and document conclusions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of SEC reporting experience, either in industry or public accounting.
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance experience.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ERP/consolidation systems and strong attention to detail.
