Product Manager, Physician Scheduling

Overview

Doximity is seeking a Product Manager for Physician Scheduling to lead the strategy and delivery of scheduling features used by physicians and clinical teams. You will partner with product, design, engineering, data, and clinical stakeholders to improve appointment scheduling, reduce no-shows, and enhance practice efficiency.

What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for physician scheduling tools
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clinicians and internal partners
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features
• Analyze usage data and feedback to inform decisions and measure impact
• Partner with go-to-market and clinical teams to launch features successfully

• Product management experience, ideally in healthcare or scheduling domains
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and experimentation
