Client Success Manager - Hospital Solutions

Overview

Doximity is seeking a Client Success Manager for Hospital Solutions. This hybrid role supports hospital clients in adopting and expanding Doximity Hospital Solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring successful implementation, ongoing adoption, renewals, and growth. Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote with PST timezone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hospital clients and establish program success plans
• Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and client health
• Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver client value
• Act as client advocate, collect feedback, and contribute to product roadmap
• Provide training and enablement to client teams and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or healthcare SaaS
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and healthcare IT is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work data-driven
