Production Supervisor

Compensation: $60,000 - 70,000 annually and an annual bonus up to %10 of base salary

Mission of the Role:

To effectively manage the safe and efficient production of cider and FMBs delivered on time to packaging through good leadership, effective delegation and good manufacturing practices.

What You'll Do:

- Train production members on best practices

- Delegate tasks within the team to manage the days workload

- Participate in department projects with a high level of engagement and oversight

- Ensure traceability/record upkeep for batch production

- Ensure an accurate ERP inventory is maintained

Who You Are:

- 3 years relevant beverage manufacturing experience

- Proficient in excel/sheets

Bonus Points if You Have...

- 1+ year of management experience

- Forklift certified

- First Aid/AED certified
