  • Multi-threaded outreach across email, phone, social, and video; trigger-based campaigns.
  • Tech stack fluency: CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce); prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo); sequence builders (Mixmax, Outreach).
  • Analytical and operational mindset; use data to guide decisions; track KPIs.
  • Clear communication; empathy; articulate value around the customer context.
