Internal IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage internal software and systems, including SAML setup for vendors.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose internal network, OS, and hardware issues.
• Fleet and AV management for office rooms and devices; vendor relations.
• Collaborate across Sydney & San Francisco offices; manage multi-site WAN.
• Review IT operations and tools; inventory and vendor negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT and fleet management for a multi-site company (50+ users).
• Networking and MacOS experience; Ubiquiti knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent, concise communicator; able to articulate trade-offs.
• Natural problem-solver; tackle complex tech issues with non-technical teams.
• Pragmatic and flexible; wear multiple IT ops hats in a startup.
• Great attitude to support others; collaborative mindset.
