🎯 Requirements

• Led engineering teams for new product/platform initiatives.
• 3+ years managing software and AI engineers.
• Balance exploration with delivering tangible outcomes.
• Strong product development background; partner with PM/design.
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design.
• 8+ years of software engineering in OO languages; CS degree or equivalent.
