What you’ll do
DoubleVerify has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Learning Manager to join our Global HR team. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, this role will be primarily focused on designing, launching, and managing our employee development initiatives globally, supporting key talent management initiatives and helping to build a world-class Talent & Learning operation. The role calls for someone with learning and development expertise, top notch communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to get things done! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment, creatively solving problems, and designing amazing employee experiences that deliver real business impact, this role is for you!
Who you are
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000- $123,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
