📋 Description

• Own the enterprise IAM infrastructure with Okta as core.
• Lead app integration into Okta via SCIM provisioning and SSO.
• Redesign RBAC/ABAC for secure, policy-driven access.
• Collaborate with Information Security to align with SOX/ISO 27001 and Zero Trust.
• Hands-on IAM expertise: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, MFA enforcement.
• Shape governance: identity lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS or related field (preferred).
• Proven IAM leadership, managing engineers and performance.
• Hands-on Okta administration, SCIM, SSO, policy config.
• Strong knowledge of SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, MFA.
• Experience RBAC/ABAC design in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC2, ISO27001, and IAM governance.
• API integrations or scripting (REST, PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Okta Certified Administrator or Architect preferred.
