Doppler's mission is to make it easy and secure for developers of every experience level and teams of any size to manage their app configuration and secrets.

Developers tend to be either struggling with the manual management of .env files, or wrestling with an overly complex secrets manager that's not built for software development. Doppler is changing that by making app configuration and secrets management easy, intuitive, and scalable. It's the SecretOps platform built by developers for developers.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who thrives on experimentation and takes full ownership of channels to drive pipeline. You’re a data-driven executor who loves to experiment, iterate, and get scrappy to turn strategy into results. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll move fast, launch bold campaigns, and scale what works to drive sign-ups and pipeline.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute demand programs across all major channels, including paid media, organic social, email, events, and more.
  • Own and optimize the paid acquisition strategy using programmatic, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and other platforms. Execute campaigns directly without relying on an agency, and continuously test creatives, copy, audiences, and offers.
  • Build and improve email programs across the user journey, from nurturing cold leads to activating and converting free users.
  • Collaborate with content marketing contractors to execute our content strategy and drive strong performance across different formats.
  • Manage the organic social calendar in partnership with the marketing team to align posts with product launches, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience to boost discoverability and engagement.
  • Use data to guide decisions and focus on outcomes by tracking sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Launch quickly and test often. Run scrappy experiments, scale what works, and cut what doesn’t.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of driving sign-ups and pipeline through multi-channel campaigns and scrappy, creative execution.
  • Experience marketing to deeply technical audiences such as developers, security teams, and DevOps engineers in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of hands-on ownership and execution of paid media campaigns across programmatic, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google, without agency support.
  • An execution-oriented mindset. You roll up your sleeves, make things happen, and push projects across the finish line.
  • Curiosity and initiative. When faced with a challenge, you dig in, figure it out, and level up from what you've learned.
  • Demonstrated ability to build programs that deliver measurable value, including pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. You work well across teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, PostHog, StackAdapt, or similar.
