About the Role

We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. You’ll be the go-to partner for hiring managers, guiding them through the recruiting process while finding and engaging top talent in the cybersecurity space.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment - things move quickly, priorities shift, and we need someone who can thrive in that kind of setting. If you love building GTM teams, have a knack for finding great people, and can juggle multiple reqs at once, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles - from kickoff to offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape hiring strategies.

  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.

  • Manage pipelines in Greenhouse, ensuring clean data and a smooth process.

  • Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience at every step.

  • Share insights on the cybersecurity talent market to help influence hiring decisions.

  • Balance multiple open roles while keeping speed, quality, and candidate experience top of mind.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles.

  • Strong background recruiting in cybersecurity.

  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of reqs without sacrificing quality.
