🎯 Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven; able to work independently
- Comfortable outside in all weather
- Availability 10 AM-7 PM, 40 hours/week
- A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally
🎁 Benefits
- Uncapped commission: earn as much as you sell
- $5,000 signing & performance bonus within first 120 days
- Base salary: $35,000 + unlimited commission
