🎯 Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently
- Comfortable working outside in all weather
- Reliable attendance and full-time schedule
- Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
- Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, willingness to travel locally
