  • Review donation transactions for fraud prevention

  • Experience in customer service; daily support via email and phone
  • Strong preference for HubSpot or similar email ticket programs such as Salesforce/Zendesk
  • Attention to detail; proofreading and accuracy
  • Troubleshooting skills; creativity, patience, and a helpful attitude
  • Organized and efficient with high volumes of emails and calls
  • Excellent communication and ability to tailor language for diverse users
